Freelancing became a big part of my life because it gave me freedom. Freedom to work, to earn online, and to slowly build myself into a digital entrepreneur. That same journey is what pushed me to write beginner friendly ebooks about freelancing and side hustles.

But along the way, I realised something important. Beginners are not only looking for information. They want something they can use every day. Something that removes stress instead of adding more.

That pushed me to create a tool that is simple, helpful, and easy to follow.

That is how my Freelance Starter OS was born.

A system made for beginners

This OS is built in Notion and it is very easy to use. No complicated setup. No headaches. Just a clean space where everything stays in one place.

It helps beginners who are starting to juggle more than one client or project. Instead of switching between apps or random notes, they can keep everything organised in one dashboard.

Less confusion, more clarity

The hardest part for new freelancers is keeping track of tasks. Daily work, weekly plans, and deadlines can get messy fast.

This system solves that problem.

  • It keeps your tasks clear.

  • It keeps everything simple.

  • No guessing and no forgetting.

The CRM stores client details properly. Projects and tasks connect the way they should.

Keeping finances clean

Tracking money is another struggle.

  • Who paid.

  • Who has not.

  • What is overdue.

The OS makes this easier. You can track invoices and payments without feeling lost. It helps you stay in control of your income.

Templates that save time

It also includes templates you can edit and personalise.

  • Proposal templates.

  • Contract templates.

  • Cold email templates.

This saves time and gives beginners more confidence because they are not starting from a blank page.

A clear walkthrough

Using a new tool can feel overwhelming, so I added a simple welcome page, a full guide, and a video walkthrough. Everything is shown step by step and linked to the main dashboard.

The goal is to make freelancing easier. Not harder.
